Rebtel Introduces World’s Lowest Rates On Calls To Nigeria

To answer your question, Nigeria is currently not a Rebtel country. This means that you are only able to use Rebtel when making calls to Nigeria.

It is an understatment to say that this network is affordable. It is simply awesome, wonderful and boy! such a great way to save money while staying in touch with your folks back in Nigeria. I want to give kudos to rebtel for helping Nigerians abroad to stay in touch with our families back home. At least rebtel sees something good about Nigeria! Not only do they make it affordable, but also very clear networks where you can be connnected to your satifaction and have meaningful conversation on the phone without being in hurry to hang up. Rebtel has been awesome in price, convenience and call quality. My only worry now is a new message when I log into my account as follows “Your special rate will last xx days”. Does this mean the current 9 cents rate to Nigeria was only temporary. Please clarify for all. thanks.

The 50% rate slash to Nigeria is permanent and we will stick with that price for the time being. In other words, no need to worry, you will be ale to call Nigeria for 9 cents in the future as well

Kudos to you and entire rebtel team,i’m new to the network and so far enjoy every bit of your services, however, i need some clarification on the rate to Nigeria, is it 9 cents per minute or 0.095 per minute, knowing that both figures are not the same.how much time will each of the numbers give when you add $25 credit.

@tari Thanks for giving Rebtel a try! If you choose to deposit credit, it will go in to your Rebtel account. Everytime you call a friend by way of Rebtel, your Rebtel account will be charged.
@Bethei Thanks very much for those kind words! Our current rate to Nigeria is 9.5 US cents. That rate applies to both land lines as well as mobiles.

Hey Alex. Great job you guys are doing with this new innovation. I got to know about you guys from a dear friend from the states and I must say I and my family have enjoyed every bit of the experience so far.Whoa, great stuff! Please keep it up and don’t compromise any of the values we are all giving u kudos for, especially those of us calling Nigeria from out here. I have only one question? How do I redeem my voucher. I received an emai today about the first 2000 persons that take a rebtel survey getting 15mins of call time to Nigeria. I was at work but quietly took the survey. I got the voucher code but could not log in until now to use it. But it says the voucher is no more valid. Ahh…this is not fair . It should be that as far as your system registered that one took the survey,one should be allowed to use the voucher within the 30days period and not the first 2000 to redeem the voucher?
